About IMF

Independent Mortgage and Finance (IMF) was incorporated in Florida in October, 1986.

As a licensed mortgage lender, IMF provides:

In addition to mortgages and lines of credit for both residences and businesses, IMF provides business financial consultations that include restructure of finance as well as acquisition finance.

One of IMF's unique services is its annual mortgage analysis, which is provided without cost to any customer. For three years after the closing of any loan through IMF, the customer receives annually a free evaluation of debt and financial options. This service includes a credit report and personal evaluation in IMF's office.

As Managing Director, B. G. Carter directs IMF's commercial and residential operations. His education includes B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. His business experience includes ownership of a title agency, a property and casualty agency, and directorship of a commercial bank. He is licensed in mortgage and real estate brokerage.

Susie Menez, V.P., serves as office manager and directs correspondent operations.

Paula Spann, Internal Auditor, directs due diligence and portfolio analysis.

Jamie Olwell, Loan Officer, specializes in residential lending.

Bruce Teachey, Loan Officer, specializes in commercial lending.
